A surveillance photo is now available of a suspect in an attempted armed robbery that occurred just after 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Diamond Shamrock gas station, 1704 Arapahoe Ave.
The victim, an employee inside the business, told police that a man entered the business just after 10 p.m. and pointed a gun at him, demanding that he open the cash drawer. The victim did not open the drawer and the suspect left without getting any money. Information obtained from surveillance cameras indicate that the suspect approached the business from the north and left in the same direction.

The suspect is seen in the photo wearing a light colored hoodie, with the hood pulled over a ball cap on his head. He is also wearing olive or green pants and what appear to be fleece-lined slippers or boots.
