Reward increased to $4,000 in frat case



Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers, the University of Colorado, the Interfraternity Council and the Boulder Police Department are announcing an increased reward of up to $4,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect or suspects in a fire-bombing incident at Sigma Alpha Epsilon, 1100 block of 12th Street, during the early morning hours of Oct. 3.

Boulder Police are hoping information provided by members of the public will lead to the apprehension and conviction of the person or people responsible for throwing an incendiary device into the occupied fraternity house at 2:15 a.m. on Oct. 3.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact Detective Kipp Euler at 303-441-3330.
