FIGHT AT MCDONALDS
Police arrested a man on charges of physical harassment and threatening bodily injury at McDonald's, 1800 28th St. on Jan. 30 after he accused a couple eating at the restaurant of taking money from him. The man shoved the female customer and attempted to strike her husband. Officers believe alcohol played a role in this incident.

GIRL HIT BY CAB
Officers responded to an injury accident at the intersection of 13th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue on Jan. 30 after a young girl darted in front of a cab and was hit by the car. The child, who was with her parents, sustained minor injuries. Officers determined the cab driver was not to blame for the accident.

NAKED DANCING MAN TASED
Officers arrested a man who is accused of standing naked and dancing on top of a vehicle in the area of 27th and Pine streets Jan 31. The suspect ran from police. When an officer reached him, the suspect threw a punch at the officer. The officer used a Taser to bring the suspect under control. After receiving medical clearance, the suspect was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstruction, resisting arrest and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

FIRE IN LAUNDRY ROOM
Police and firefighters responded to a structure fire in a laundry room in an multiple-unit dwelling on the 1200 block of Elder Avenue on Jan. 31. Residents were temporarily evacuated but allowed to return after the fire was brought under control.

VICTIM HIT WITH BEER BOTTLE
Police responded to a second-degree assault at The Foundry, 1109 Walnut St. A victim was hit in the right eye with a beer bottle. Investigators are following up on a named suspect. The case remained under investigation at the time of the report.

WOMAN REPORTS SEXUAL ASSAULT
Police are investigating a reported sexual assault that occurred in the area of 22 Street and Canyon Boulevard. A woman told police she was sexually assaulted while staying at the home of an acquaintance. It appears she knows the suspect. The case remained under investigation at the time of the report.
