WOMAN TASERED AT FOX THEATER
Police arrested a woman on May 27 on suspicion of second-degree assault on a peace officer, obstructing and resisting arrest after officers were called to a disturbance at The Fox Theater, 1135 13th St., Boulder. The woman is accused of punching an officer several times. A Taser was used to bring the woman under control.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEADS TO ARREST
Officers arrested a man on suspicion of false imprisonment and obstructing phone services May 27 after responding to a domestic violence incident on the 2700 block of Moorhead Drive. The suspect is accused of preventing his girlfriend from leaving their apartment and taking her phone during the incident.
MAN DIES AT RESTAURANT
Police responded to a report of an unattended death of a 23-year-old employee at Foolish Craig's, 1611 Pearl St. on May 30. The man collapsed after reportedly complaining that he was feeling light-headed. The coroner's office was notified.
MEN GET INTO FIGHT OVER A GUN
Police responded to the area of the CU football team's practice fields on May 29 a report of two men fighting over a gun. One man was found with a BB gun. The case was transferred to the CU police, as it occurred in that department's jurisdiction.
DEPORTED FELON ARRESTED
Officers assisted Denver police in arresting a previously deported felon on a warrant for sexual assault on May 30. The suspect was found at a gas station at the intersection of 28th Street and Valmont Road. The man was a passenger in a vehicle. The vehicle's driver was arrested on suspicion of false reporting, no proof of insurance, driving without a valid license and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
