Request for Proposals (RFP)
"Partners for Kids: United Hands Make the Best Families"

The national office of Circle of Parents announces the availability of ten
(10) $50,000 grants for the period September 30, 2008 - September 29, 2009.
These applications are limited to eligible home visiting programs in the
states of Colorado, Florida, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin. Two
grants of $50,000 each will be awarded per state. These funds will be used
to increase the capacity of local community or faith-based eligible home
visiting programs to provide support and education that promotes responsible
parenting among expectant and new fathers. It is our intent to fund a
diversity of programs that represent urban, rural and suburban populations.

Applicants must submit the completed application and supporting documents no
later than 5:00 pm (Central), Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Notification of
awards will be made no later than September 19, 2008.

NOTE: Year three recipients of the Colorado Promoting Responsible Fatherhood
Community Access Grant are not eligible for this grant.
