A document by which you can make your voice heard will soon be available to those of you who value your freedoms and liberties. You will have a short span of time in which to sign it. It is a petition for an amendment to our Colorado Constitution, which states that in Colorado, homeowners' associations ... or anything that even faintly resembles a homeowners' association ... are prohibited. -- Jan Jackson
