Mutt of the Week: Misty, a merry mix

Misty is a one year old Husky mix with one blue eye and one brown eye and two puppies! She has finished her mommy time and is now ready for adoption into a loving home where she herself can now receive some well deserved attention.

This poor girl and her pups were dropped off at a local shelter. The shelter called The Misha May Foundation, which made sure the family was cared for in a foster home where they could finish out their 8 weeks together. That time together is so crucial to the development of the pups and also very healing for the mom who is then ready to see them go.
