Faculty and staff members were invited to learn about numerous employment opportunities at the first annual Ice Cream Social Employee Information Fair on Aug. 1 in front of the Hellems Arts and Sciences building on CU's campus.
Among the many vendors included Boulder Parks and Recreation, CU Bookstore, Eldorado Spring Water, The Sink, Wardenburg Community Health, PERA and more.
Folks working for CU-Boulder were able to learn about employee unions, alternative health services and discounts.

Inside CU, the CU-Boulder Faculty/Staff E-Newsletter, the anticipated ice cream social had been a work in progress of Staff Council Outreach Events co-chairs
Dan Gette and
Pauline Olivas since late April.

The Fall Staff Appreciation Breakfast and the big CU vs. CSU blood drive will take place Sept. 10-14 in the University Memorial Center, Broadway Street and Euclid Avenue, UMC 235.
