For those that wake up before theSun rises in the East, a once/month treat is seeing the full Moon set in the West. Here's a few pictures of what it looked like the morning of September 15th, 2008. The moon actually "moves" pretty fast with less than three minutes from when it first "touches" the mountains to falling behind 'em. These pictures were taken through a second story window of my house which is about 10 miles East of the FootHills of the Republic of Boulder.
