YES...it is true
three families
who lived, worked, and played together in Southern California WERE once huge Dodger Fans for YEARS! We (
three couples and six children
) all recently moved to the Highlands Ranch area from Palmdale, California and are employed with the Douglas County School District.
WE (the families) all attended several Dodger games at Dodger Stadium throughout the years while living in California. However, within the 16 months living here being baseball purists and we truly LOVE the setting of Coors Field and the passion of the fans at Coors Field! Our families started at tradition in California of attending baseball games, but there is no comparision to watching baseball in Denver, Colorado, the home of the Colorado Rockies. We have become HUGE Colorado Rockies Fans! Our children love the "kid friendly" setting while going to the Colorado Rockies baseball game. They have even commented how close you feel to the action of the game. On a personal note, I stillhave my "old" Colorado Rockies Cap from when the Rockies first became a professional organization back in 1993 alittle worn, but I still wear it with pride to this date!
WE ALL are so glad we have made the move from California to Colorado...we still live near each other in Highlands Ranch, work in a wonderful school district, and play together...and yes that involves taking in a Colorado Rockies Baseball game. WE would LOVE nothing better than to attend the Colorado Rockies baseball game on September 19th vs Los Angeles Dodgers...All of us cheering loudy as the
ROCKIES WIN THE GAME!
COORS FIELD - Great atmosphere, Great Fans, and a Great Team!
GO ROCKIES! Beat the LA Dodgers!
Colorado Rockies Clinch a Playoff Berth

NOW...that is great news to Publish!!
