Boulder Firefighter nearly 2/3 through epic race

Tim Case, a Boulder firefighter, is nearing the 2/3 point of the Race Across America, a solo bike race that will see him pedal across the country in a little more than 10 days. His Day 7 stories are as bizarre as at any other point during his trip. Tim is riding to raise money and awareness for Camp Odayin, a camp for kids with severe heart problems.
