Platte Valley Medical Center - Birthing Classes

What:	NEXT › ‹ PREVIOUS Prepared Childbirth Series, a class offered at Platte Valley Medical Center, helps mothers-to-be and her coach prepare for the labor and birthing process through interactive discussions and the aid of handouts, posters, videos, and models. Natural birthing techniques are discussed as well as epidurals and other pain medications. Two sessions are available: 4-week sessions held on Mondays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.and the Fast Track one-day sessions on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $75.
