Description: Looking for a way to give back to your community? Is your family experiencing food insecurity?

This food bank outreach offers food boxes to Brighton residents (80601, 80602, 80603, 80640 and families with students of the 27J Brighton School District) twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11:00am-2:00pm. To receive food you need to bring a photo ID and a proof of residence.

Volunteers are needed to assist with food box assembly, stockingand distribution inthis community centered food bank outreach in Brighton! Whether you are available once or twicea month or weekly, regardless of your abilities or experience, we welcome all volunteers.

On set days/times during the week we pick up food from various resources and can especially use individuals to bring the food to the food bank and help shelve the food.

Throughout the year we are honored to receive food drives through our local schools, churches and business as well as events such as 9Cares Colorado Shares. We utilize volunteers to collect, deliver and stock these items throughout the week.
