The local chapter of the NABA expects over 80 teams and will have over 1,200 players in the year 2006. Denver League President Joe Collins says "the league offers numerous levels of play so that everyone can take part."
The divisions are 18Rookie, 18A, 18A Wood, 18AA, 18AAA Wood, 28A, 38A, 38AA, and 48A. The NABA's philosophy is that anyone can and should play.
"We break up our divisions so that the individuals who may have never played the game before can play with their peers and those individuals that may have played college baseball or higher can play with their peers. It makes for a level playing field."
