The City of Brighton is organizing a disc golf tournament in support of the Legacy Foundation Education Fund for College Scholarships. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday, October 11,2008, at Benedict Park. Everyone is welcome (though there is a maximum number of participants) and you don't need any experience, to compete all you have to be able to do is toss a disc. Details: Date: Saturday, October 11, 2008 10:30 am Each participant will receive a disc marker for the competition and to take home. Everyone is invited. If you don't have any disc, we have some to borrow. There is a maximum number of entrants, so reserve your spot today.
Tournament Rules All participants must pay their entrance donation to participate. If you still haven't sent in your donation by the deadline date (October 8th) you may lose your spot. You can mail or drop off your donation to City of Brighton, Parks & Recreation (see our address). Registration is first come first serve. There is a maximum number of entries so register soon. (
