Contributed by: Mary Stoneback on 8/7/2008

You are Invited to enjoy a night of great music, coffee and prizes all while helping someone who has helped so many!

What: The Hutchinson Benefit Coffee House & Raffle

Where: @ The Venue: 5450 W. 120th Avenue, Broomfield, CO (Building located west of Kohls parking lot.)

When: Friday, August 8, 2008 6 - 9 PM

Why: To help raise funds for Gary Hutchinson, a Colorado State Trooper with stage 4 Lymphoma.

Benefit Description: An evening full of live entertainment, coffee, snacks, raffle ticketed items and a silent auction. Headliner for this event is Denver's LOST SOUL Jazz Combo. Other featured performers include partners from Starbucks Coffee District 460 stores and friends. Whether guitar, trumpet, voice or percussion, there is something for everyone!

Colorado State Trooper, Gary Hutchinson was diagnosed in March with Mantle Cell Lymphoma, a rare form of a Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer and is undergoing intensive rounds of chemotherapy. There is currently no cure for Lymphoma, however, the cost of the treatment that exists for management of the disease far exceeds the extensions of any insurance or planning one can do for such a catastrophic event. Therefore, the financial burden is heavy and will only continue to build for this young family. Mr. Hutchinson is a valued member of our Westminster community, a loving husband and father to a four-year old daughter, Courtnie.

In an effort to help this young family, partners within Starbucks Coffee District 460 stores, including the areas of Westminster, Broomfield and Arvada have organized a benefit coffee house & raffle and Westminster Church, a Nazarene church in north metro Denver will host the benefit. You are invited to help us Make our Mark by helping someone who has made it his life to come to the aid of so many.

The benefit will be held on Friday, August 8 @ The Venue, located on 120th and Sheridan to the west of the Kohls parking lot from 6 to 9 p.m., and will feature two stages of live entertainment as well as coffee, snacks and of course a raffle. There is no fee for this event. You may give to the cause in a variety of ways.***There are a number of local businesses coming together to support Gary and his family during this difficult time. You are invited to come, enjoy a good cup of coffee, listen to great music, enter in your chance of winning great prizes and help support!

***Donations may be 100% tax deductible when made to the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation (CSPFF) with a memo for the Hutch Fund.

CO-SPONSORS: Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation (CSPFF), Starbucks Coffee Make Your Mark Team Project Program (MYM) and The Hutch Fund.
