North Metro announces new board of directors

North Metro Fire Rescue District election polls closed at 7 p.m. on May 6. When the results were tallied, Fire District residents had elected three directors to each serve a four-year term as their representatives on the North Metro Fire District Board. The official election results were as follows:

Candidates Robert E. Kammerzell, Dennis D. Day and Richard M. Perse, II will be sworn in as official board members at the North Metro Fire Rescue District Board meeting on May 20, which begins at 5 p.m. This meeting is located at Fire District Headquarters at 10550 Huron Street, Northglenn.

North Metro Fire Rescue is dedicated to your quality care. North Metro Fire Rescue provides fire protection, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response and rescue services to their community. Formed in 1946, the district now covers 115 square miles with a population of approximately 115,000 people including the City and County of Broomfield, the City of Northglenn and unincorporated areas of Boulder, Adams and Jefferson Counties.
