Back to Back State Champs visit Disney
Contributed by: Linda Johnson on 2/18/2008

Broomfield High School's " Back to Back" State Championship Pom DanceTeam competed in the Universal Dance Association National Championship in Orlando Florida February second and third.

The team performed the 4A State Championship routine and made it into the finals, which competed against Poms teams nationwide, and won thirteenth place. The Poms team also competed in Jazz for the first time in a national competition. The girls are now performing at many of the playoff basketball games and will finish their season with their annual " Showcase", which is a fund rasier for the team. This year's showcase will be at Broomfield High School on April 23rd and 24th. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Details of times will be announced at a later posting.

Hi Paul, I will check with the Event Center. I know they schedule their half time performers way in advance, but I will give them a call and check with our coach. Linda J.
