Saturday Night Worship
Contributed by: John Simpson on 6/23/2008

Cornerstone Community Church meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night at 880 Third Street, in the facility of Castle Rock Baptist Church.

We find some huge advantages to meeting on Saturday night:

* By sharing a church building, we can use our resources for ministry rather than rent.

* Families have both weekend days free to enjoy the outdoors and spend time together.

* It's a lot easier to get kids ready for Saturday night church than it is Sunday morning, as any mother knows.

* Families with toddlers can come to church and still be home in time for the kid's bedtime.

* We meet early enough that you can still go out for dinner or a movie afterward. Church members can continue to meet with each other into the evening, after the service ends. And the next morning, there's no worry about getting up early.

Did we mention there's no worry about getting up early on Sunday morning?

Church is so much more than a building to go to on Sunday morning. We believe the people are the church every day of the week, and though we gather together on Saturdays as a community, we live out our faith each day. Join us on Saturday nights at 6 p.m.!
