After a few hours of planning and collecting accessories from her parents' home in Parker, YourHub.com Community Assistant Tabitha Dial dressed as Miss YourHub.com for her work day Oct. 31.

Her father, Floyd Dial, dedicated an hour's work to creating her sash.
