Douglas County Government will be conducting a public sale of retired personal computers, laptops, printers and furniture (desks, chairs, filing cabinets, etc.) at the Douglas County Events Center, 500 Fairgrounds Drive, Castle Rock on:
Wednesday, Dec. 6
11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 7
9 a.m.-4 p.m.
All equipment and furniture will be sold individually. Most PC's and laptops are loaded with Windows 2000 operating system (no application software included). The sale will be conducted on a "first come-first served" basis.
Only one PC, laptop, and printer per person. Merchandise will be sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or warranties will be available on any items purchased. Items purchased must be removed from the premises the day of the sale.
No technical support will be available during or after the sale. Douglas County is not responsible for loading, unloading, installation or set-up of any systems and or furniture. Power will be available to test computers before purchase.
Cash or checks will be accepted for payment, no credit cards will be accepted. Checks are to be made out to "Douglas County". Proceeds from this sale will be deposited into the county's general fund. Call 303-660-7400 for more information.
