The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in finding a 68-year-old Castle Rock man who has been missing since April 5.
The family reported him missing on April 12. He has been identified as 68-year-old
Jose Maria Ramirez-Ledezma. He's described as a Hispanic male, 5-foot three-inches tall, approximately 180 lbs. with black and gray hair and brown eyes
He wears eyeglasses, according to the sheriff's office.
Ramirez-Ledezma was last seen by his daughter on the morning of April 5 as he was on his way to work at MedVed in Castle Rock. He was wearing his work uniform which has the words MedVed on the shirt.
She became concerned when he did not return later that night and the next morning called his employer. His co-workers stated that they had not seen him since the end of work on April 4, according to authorities.
He was scheduled to go on a vacation to Mexico to see family on April 14. His daughter has repeatedly called the family home in Mexico, but no one has seen him there.
She has also called his cell phone numerous times and only gets his voice mail. His daughter states that she is sure that her father would not leave without telling her and that he has not taken any belongings or legal papers he might need in Mexico.
Ramirez-Ledezma was last seen taking money out of his bank on April 5. He has not been seen since. He is likely driving a 1995 Red Pontiac CP, CO license plate 923OMS.
At this point, investigators have no indication that anything criminal was involved. There are no signs of foul play.
