Blog Entry 4 of 22 Changing My Thinking
I know how to eat healthy, but often make unhealthy choices. And, exercise... what's that? I sporatically exercise and make attempts at eating healthy. That's better than nothing, right? It's a beginning.

Forgetful
Contributed by: Julie Robinson   on 4/7/2006

After several nights running of being up with a hot-fevered 3 year old who didn't want to take the medicine to cool her down, who didn't want to have her temperature taken, and who definitely didn't want to sleep; I got no sleep. Now, I'm forgetting things. Like picking up my son from school yesterday, the well thought-out grocery list, (but I did buy him 6 candy bars - one for every 5 minutes I was late). That worked. And, I'm sure I forgot other things I can't remember.

My husband is doing the eating to hunger thing, actually doing it. He says that it isn't too bad waiting to be hungry. He was very hungry for breakfast and we had IHOP. I had a breakfast burrito (about 1/4 of that huge mountain) and why do they give you a side dish with that? But, I picked the side of pancakes and ate not even a quarter of it. Yesterday we went out to Pegasus in Castle Rock for lunch. They have the best Chili Rellenos in the whole town. And, about a year ago I did the Castle Rock Chili Relleno tour, and I know. We split the plate and still didn't eat more than 2/3 of it.

Feeling like I'm losing a little upper body fat. The lower body fat goes last. That's the deal I inherited from my mother and all those who go before.
