Healthy Eating
Blog Entry 16 of 22
Changing My Thinking
I know how to eat healthy, but often make unhealthy choices. And, exercise... what's that? I sporatically exercise and make attempts at eating healthy. That's better than nothing, right? It's a beginning.

Going to church and listening to a good sermon has to be top of the list of things that inspire me. A good sermon can make me think about the same old things in life in some new fascinating way. After listening to the sermon yesterday in church, delivered by Pastor Tom Wilkens at Grace Chapel Castle Rock, I just had to order a copy of it. The message was for us to feed on the Word of God. Just how do you do THAT?
You probably have a Bible in your house (or at least if you've ever stayed in a hotel room you had one which was placed in a drawer by the Gideons), then you have probably leafed through it or even read parts of it and wonder what it means. So, now I tell you you can
eat
it? I know that's really confusing...If you are spiritually hungry for something more and have been searching and NOT finding, then try coming to Grace Chapel located just off I-25 behind Home Depot in Castle Rock. For contact information and to find out what there is to offer, goto the newly revamped website is
