Conscious Evolution and the World Around You.
This blog will discuss the idea of conscious evolution and how world events may impact that personal or global process. It will also discuss clashing cultural aspects and what we can do to see past our differences and work towards acceptance of our fellow human beings.

The Tao Te Ching
Verse 46
"When a country is in harmony with the Tao,
the factories make trucks and tractors.
When a country goes counter to the Tao,
warheads are stockpiled outside the cities.
There is no greater illusion than fear,
no greater wrong than preparing to defend yourself,
no greater misfortune than having an enemy.
Whoever can see through all fear
will always be safe."
When I think of airport security, I think of a microcosmic representation of what is happening in this country. Every few months something seems to be taken away in the name of safety. The newest thing happens to be some cell phone and laptop batteries. I believe it was Machiavelli who said that if you keep the people in fear then you will always be able to control them. So if we increase the level of fear of coarse the more the people are willing to give up.
Think about what you are afraid of and try to find where that fear really comes from. Then try to let go of it. It isn't easy, but letting go of fear can be a powerful thing.
