What is a bad psychic reading?
Contributed by: Michael Kilman   on 4/29/2008

To me a bad psychic reading is not dependent on right or wrong answers. Because of things like free will things can change at any moment. The true calling of a reader is not to simply give you answers, but to give you tools for improving yourself and your life. If a reader is causing you to be dependent on them to make choices in your life then this is a bad reading. If you feel yourself going back time and again to the same psychic and your life is moving towards positive change then you have met someone who is not there to help you but instead to use you for financial gain. Think to yourself how has this reader really helped me? Has they given me a way to empower myself? To move myself forward in life? Do getting readings from this person uplift me more then just a day or two? Has this person given me tools or techniques or even some exercises to help myself?

Of coarse if the reader is doing this and your not getting those things done then that is your fault and you can't blame them. But I have had readings where I get nothing but predictions for the future and that to me is not a true psychic. Edgar Cayce did readings to help people, to cure illness, to find answers to problems. I believe Edgar Cayce would have found it a waste of time to worry about things like love predictions for the future.

I am sorry but if you are not happy and strong single then you will not find a truly healthy relationship. No one is going to come and fix all your problems with a kiss and a wedding ring. If your reader is telling you that a man or a woman is going to come into your life and fix everything then I would walk out right then. This person has failed you.
