how? You can learn! Retired chefs
Herman and Odette Sprenger will
teach you how to prepare a gourmet meal.
Fee includes the class, as well as the enjoyment of
eating the delicious finished product. The
Sprengers specialize in French and Belgian cuisine, and were the
owners of a café and catering company for 20 years in San Diego.
All Cuisine classes are for ages 13 and up, and require a minimum of
6 students, with a maximum of 10 students.
