Description:
Always wanted to cook those fabulous meals you see on TV or in magazines, but can't figure out how? You can learn! Retired chefs Herman and Odette Sprenger will teach you how to prepare a gourmet meal. Fee includes the class, as well as the enjoyment of eating the delicious finished product. The Sprengers specialize in French and Belgian cuisine, and were the owners of a café and catering company for 20 years in San Diego.
All Baking classes are for ages 13 and up, and require a minimum of 6 students, with a maximum of 10 students.

In the November baking class you will learn how to make Spinach strudel, pissaladiere (french pizza with sautéed onions, olives and tomato sauce) and cheese stick hors d'ouevres along with traditional stollen.
