In the11/30/06 "Police and Sheriff Notes" section ofYourHub, there was a story about two Castle Rock men getting in an altercation while walking their dogs on a trailhead in the Meadows area.

One man was arrested for assault and since the men had dogs that weren't on leashes, they both were arrested for "animals running at large." My question is: How much is this going to cost those guys?
