Douglas County team breaks ground on new building
Contributed by: Z.J Czupor on 9/12/2007

Ground breaking set for 1:30 p.m. this Thursday

WHO:
CPN Investments, LLC (Steve Murray, Marty Russell, Roger Campbell)

WHAT: The Pinnacle Building at Castle Pines Parkway is a new two-story, 11,755 sq. ft. office building. Its hilltop location will offer mountain views captured with private decks and patios. The second floor features nine executive office suites, a shared conference room and kitchen. The balance of the second floor is leased to Real Trends Inc. The first floor is available for lease.

The building design is by Ware Malcomb, a national architectural design firm, headquartered in Irvine, California with offices in Denver.

White Construction Group, Castle Rock, is the contractor.

Owner Marty Russell says, "the unique thing about this project is that it is all being done by a team of locals -- two owners live in Castle Pines North and one in Castle Pines Village. The construction lender is in Parker, the engineer and contractor in Castle Rock and one of the architectural firm owners also lives in Castle Pines."

WHY: CPN Investments expects this facility in Castle Pines North will quickly meet the needs of growing businesses in the area.

WHEN: Ground breaking: 1:30 p.m., Thursday, September 13, 2007
Construction begins this month. Tenants move in April 2008.

WHERE: 7501 Village Square Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado (Castle Pines Parkway at Village Square Drive)
