Loewen named marketing agent for Cliffside Homes

Keller Williams Realtor Valerie Loewen has been named the exclusive marketing agent for Cliffside, a unique community of semi-custom, single-family homes located just northeast of Castle Rock.

Cliffside is an intimate community of only 60 luxury, ranch-style, courtyard homes-perfect for busy executives and couples who want a low maintenance lifestyle. Phase one of the community has sites for 19 homes.

Included with each home is front yard maintenance (rear yard optional), snow removal including driveway and walks, community pool and club house, and trash removal for only $120 per month.
