Veteran Realtor Lon Roush has joined the Park Meadows Market Center of Keller Williams Realty as a member of The Preferred Group. He is a Douglas County native who has lived in Castle Rock for 16 years and has more than 17 years of real estate experience.
Roush specializes in residential, vacant land and farm/ranch properties in Castle Rock, Larkspur, Sedalia, and the entire Southern Denver Metro Area. He has also worked with several area developers and custom home builders.
"I noticed that many well-respected, top-producing agents were making the move to Keller Williams and I, too, wanted to be a part of something exciting," explains Roush. "I'm pleased to have the opportunity to work with the agents who comprise The Preferred Group. We share the same values and customer-centered approach in working with clients."
Among the properties listed by The Preferred Group are several one-acre, custom home sites in the scenic Castlewood Ranch Estates area, just east of Castle Rock. "These are beautiful sites with scrub oak, trees and canyon views," Roush says. "Buyers can bring their own builder or we will recommend a builder to them. The sites have city services and there is no time limit on construction."
Roush received his Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI) and also worked as an assistant branch manager at Prestige Realty. He is a member of the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association as well as the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Roush is married with two daughters and active in their elementary school as a member of the Father's Club.
