Mountain Plain Homes' newest collection is starting to take shape at Castlewood Ranch, an award-winning, family-friendly neighborhood in Castle Rock. Mountain Plain is well underway on two dazzling model showhomes as well as several inventory designs, with completion set for mid-summer.
"Our model showhomes are in the advanced stages of construction and reflect the wonderful touches and craftsmanship that makes Mountain Plain Homes a favorite among buyers seeking an affordable, well built home within Castlewood Ranch," said Scott Thompson, Broker Owner of Storm, Inc. the exclusive listing agent for Mountain Plain Homes at Castlewood Ranch. "Presales have been even better than anticipated, and once the models are completed, we are confident we will sell out Phase I very quickly."
Priced from just the mid $200's, Mountain Plain Homes' new collection includes spacious ranch and two-story designs ranging in size from over 1,700 to nearly 2,400 finished square feet. These handsome, traditional homes boast a full, unfinished lower level with nine-foot ceiling height, as well as a three-car garage option on select homesites. Three and four-bedroom plans showcase a minimum of two full baths.
Mountain Plain Homes' new enclave is located directly across the street from the builder's current selection of upscale custom designs, within easy walking distance of neighborhood parks, schools, and upscale amenities.
"Castlewood Ranch is a spectacular residential community highlighted by rolling hills, lush wildflower meadows, and rugged ridges and canyons set in a mature forest of scrub oak," Thompson said. "Everything you need is just minutes away in the historic Town of Castle Rock, including recreation, shopping, dining, and business amenities. The Denver Tech Center and the Park Meadows Mall can also be reached easily via I-25, and Colorado Springs is conveniently located a short drive south. Castlewood Ranch offers year-round resort living for its residents."
Construction on the two model showhomes and four inventory designs is already underway, with completion dates ranging from mid July through early August. Pre-sale buyers are encouraged to visit the Mountain Plain Homes sales office at Piñon Bluffs at Castlewood Ranch, to secure the best homesites and choose from design center options.
To visit Castlewood Ranch, from Castle Rock take Highway 86 east to Ridge Road and turn right. Proceed 1-1/2 miles to Mikelson and turn left (east) and then right on Mitchell. Follow Mitchell around to Piñon Bluffs, on your right across from the Elementary School.
