Hillside Drive Neighborhood Meeting

All residents, and/or nearby residents, of the Hillside Drive neighborhood in Castle Rock are invited to attend an important meeting at the Philip S. Miller Library on Wednesday, May 24 th at 7 p.m.

Hillside Drive, nicknamed "The Hill," is located east of the Craig and Gould neighborhoods, starting where Fourth Street ends, and continuing until it dead-ends into CentennialPark (Gilbert Street).

The goals of this first neighborhood meeting will be to allow neighbors, home owners and/or tenants a chance to meet, and brainstorm ideas and action plans about how residents can improve the neighborhood. In addition to raising the property value of Hillside Drive homes, there have been some recent issues with various Hillside Drive homeowners and/or rental tenants, regarding the upkeep of properties and/or legality of certain activities.
