The Douglas County Fair & Rodeowas held Aug. 5-13 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock and featurednumerousevents and contest entriesfrom arearesidents. From quilt displays to steer competitions to bucking cowboys, the fair had it all! The Town of Castle Rock held their 125th anniversary in conjunction with the fair on Aug. 12. A parade and car show was held downtown.
