Parker - November 12, 2007 - A group of local entrepreneurs are hosting their 3 rd Annual Holiday Extravaganza for early holiday shoppers Saturday, November 17 th in Parker, CO.

This year's event will have an element of holiday cheer by giving back to the community. "2007 has been a tough year for many and with a 45% increase of families needing help, over 2006 according to the Parker Task Force/Food Bank, it made sense for us to pitch in and help." said Ann Albergotti, an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay and co-host of the event.

"We are encouraging attendees to bring a non-perishable food item in exchange for a chance to win fun prizes," added Suzanne Waffle, Independent Consultant for Partylite and co-host. "The more items brought in, the more chances to win," continued Waffle. Donated non-perishable food will be given to the Parker Task Force/Food Bank. The 3 rd Annual Holiday Extravaganza & Charity Event is free to attend and will take place from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Cherrywood Village Clubhouse at 16950 E Carlson Drive, Parker CO 80134. There will be food and prizes for all. Vendors participating in this event are Partylite, VM Direct, To The Rescue, Lia Sophia, Pampered Chef and Mary Kay, to name a few.
