St. Patty's Parade a Tradition in Sedalia
Contributed by: Aspen Walker on 3/15/2007

Sedalia is renowned for its parades. The town's traditional and distinctive St. Patrick's Day Parade is 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 18. Anyone and everyone is invited to participate (bring your floats, leashed pets, bikes, pipes, dancing shoes and leprechaun buddies). Veterans are invited to lead the parade. All parade marchers should meet before 2 p.m. at Fergy's Restaurant (5500 Plum Avenue).

Corned beef and cabbage will be served at O'Briens Restaurant (5585 Highway 85) after the parade. Pipers and dancers will perform. Don't expect to see green beer, but look forward to plenty of small town charm.

Sedalia is located off Highway 85, between Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock.
