Castle Rock, Capital Pacific Homes held its first "Block Party" for the Feathergrass section of the Meadows in Castle Rock over the Labor Day weekend.  The new Capital Pacific neighborhood has had new families for a little over one year and has added over 110 new families since its inception.  At the Block Party, James Vitt brought his 20 year old gelding named Summer and gave rides to the children who attended the Block Party.  In addition there was an inflatable jump castle and face painting by Fancy That Face LLC.  Capital Pacific cooked hamburger and hot dogs for the attendees and many of the new families brought home made side dishes.  Sarah Dieringer of Capital Pacific hopes to have this become an annual Feathergrass tradition.

Nestled in historic Castle Rock, Feathergrass at The Meadows offers the convenience of urban living while retaining the charm of a small town. The homes at The Meadows include many distinctive enhancements that complement the beautiful surroundings of Castle Rock. European traditional style architecture is enhanced with stone accents and scenic front porches provide breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, are only a few of the features available. Please call Capital Pacific at 303-507-7291 for further information.
