Teens Create Scratchboard Art

It's a unique artistic process. Scratchboard art involves taking color away, rather than adding it. At Douglas County Libraries Scratchboard Art program, teens 13-18 years old will learn how to create scratchboard art pieces with local artist Jennifer Bissland.
