Exciting Benefit Gala and Horse Show June 23-24

Douglas County Fairgrounds is the backdrop for the second weekend for the Castle Rock Benefit Horse Show, which supports PAALS for Life - Dreampower Ranch.

PAALS for Life is a unique organization with its mission being to provide hope and help to elderly, disabled, abused and unwanted animals, whether they have hooves, paws, fingers or claws.

Award-winning actress Pam Grier invites animal lovers and riding enthusiasts to the Grand Prix Gala for cocktails and live music, entertainment and an extensive silent auction all in anticipation of the next day's Olympic-caliber $25.000 Grand Prix. Proceeds from the event go to support PAALS.

Summer Class II Grand Prix Gala Friday, June 23rd Kirk Hall. Cocktails 6:30, dinner provided by J. Alexander's. 7:00, live music by jazz pianist Paul Cotugno and by classical guitarist, David Truhler followed by comedy from The Tuna Boys.

GRAND PRIX GALA: $50.00 per person, limited seating available CALL 303-394-2977; $25.000 Grand Prix Saturday, June 24th Main Arena Doors open 6:00 p.m.; events begin 7:00.
