DRIVER FOUND CARRYING ILLEGAL DRUGS
At about 1:20 a.m. May 23, an officer pulled over a motorist for making an unsafe lane change at the intersection of Founders Parkway and Front Street. The officer smelled marijuana inside the vehicle and asked the 25-year-old driver if there were any drugs inside. The driver said there was some paraphernalia inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a large baggie of marijuana -- more than one ounce -- and two smaller baggies of cocaine and methamphetamine. The driver later was found to be in violation of a court-ordered restraining order and driving under restraint. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful distribution of controlled substances, violation of a restraining order and driving under restraint.
MARIJUANA, ECSTASY FOUND IN VEHICLE
At about 11 p.m. May 22, an officer pulled over a motorist for speeding near Circle K, 246 Founders Parkway. The officer observed a weapon on one of the backseat floorboards, and the 27-year-old driver was asked to leave the vehicle for a thorough search. A search of the vehicle revealed a baggie of marijuana and some ecstasy pills. The driver was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics and marijuana and later released.
MAN VIOLATES RESTRAINING ORDER
At about 3:30 p.m. May 16, officers were dispatched to a residence on the 1400 block of Bergen Rock Street on a report of a possible restraining order violation. The resident told police she had been receiving numerous phone calls from a 36-year-old man whom she had requested a restraining order against. Police later contacted the 36-year-old man at the Outlets, and he also was found to have a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to Douglas County Jail without incident.
CAR WINDOW BUSTED OUT
At about 5:30 a.m. May 14, a 46-year-old woman reported someone vandalized her vehicle, parked on the 0-100 block of Lowell Drive. Someone had broken out the rear window. The estimated cost of damage is $600 and there are no suspects.

'HARRY CONNICK JR.' ARRESTED
Deputies responded to a disturbance at Lodo's Bar and Grill, 8545 S. Quebec St., in Highlands Ranch, at about 7:30 p.m. May 21. A 38-year-old manager said a customer, later identified as a 36-year-old Aurora man, was escorted out of the bar after causing a disturbance. A waitress cut off the 36-year-old because he was visibly intoxicated. He responded by calling her a derogatory name and grabbing her by both arms. The manager then came over and asked him to leave, and the 36-year-old got in his face and pushed him in the chest. The 36-year-old then tried to punch the manager, but the manager moved out of the way. The 36-year-old also reportedly identified himself to the waitress as Harry Connick Jr. He was arrested on suspicion of harassment and disorderly conduct.
HOUSE SPRAY PAINTED
A deputy responded May 21 to a house under construction on the 9200 block of Wild Elk Place in Parker on a report of vandalism. Someone had spray painted the letters "MOB," a swastika, racial slurs and expletives in red and black paint on the west side of the house. There are no suspects.
GOLF CLUB SIGN DEFACED
On May 21, a deputy responded to The Club at Pradera, 5225 Raintree Drive, on a report of vandalism. Someone had spray painted the word "ballz" in orange paint on the golf club's main entrance sign. There are no suspects.
BROKEN LOCK COSTS MAN STEREO
On May 22, a 17-year-old Highlands Ranch man reported a theft. He said he and his family went on a camping trip May 17, and when he returned May 22 he noticed someone had stolen the stereo out of his '78 Chevy Blazer. He said the front passenger door was not locked because the lock is broken. The estimated value of the stereo is $1,700.
BUSINESS LIGHTS SHOT OUT
A deputy responded May 20 to C & A Companies, 333 Tessa Drive, on a report of criminal mischief. The business owner, a 55-year-old man, said he did a routine check of the business at about noon and discovered two lights at the entrance had been shot out with a shotgun. He said he found four shotgun shells near the entrance, in front of his mailbox. The lights were completely destroyed and the light posts had shotgun pellet in them. The estimated cost of damage is $500. There are no suspects.
