Castle Rock Police
MAN ARRESTED FOR HARASSMENT
A 34-year-old Hudson man was arrested June 4 on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence after he allegedly threatened an employee at Lowe's. Police were dispatched at 11:30 a.m. to Lowe's, 1360 New Beale St., on a harassment call. A female employee stated the man called her and stated he was en route with a surprise for her and the entire store. The woman and the man have a violent past, according to a report. An officer requested the man meet officers at the police department. The man arrived and was arrested without further incident.

DEPUTIES FIND ACID BOMBS
Several acid bombs made from plastic water bottles were found in a Highlands Ranch neighborhood June 5. Deputies responded at 2:53 a.m. to the 10800 block of Fox Sedge Way on a report of several explosions in the area. Several plastic water bottles containing aluminum foil inside were found that recently had been exploded. The scene of the explosion later was cleaned up.
WOMAN'S SIGN DEFACED
A 63-year-old Parker woman reported someone defaced a political sign in her yard sometime between June 3 and 4. The woman, who lives on the 11800 block of Delbert Road, said someone sprayed graffiti on a sign in her yard that expresses opposition to the Rocky Mountain Air Park. The graffiti read, "Just chill, why can't we all get along?" The damage was estimated at $50.
COPPER WIRE STOLEN
Approximately $10,000 worth of copper wire was stolen from four transformers at an Xcel Energy substation located in a new housing development at Highlands Ranch Parkway and Fairview. The theft occurred between May 30 and June 2, according to a construction foreman.
