DCSO asking for help ID'ing suspects
Contributed by: Douglas County Sheriffs Office on 7/2/2008

Douglas County Sheriff's Office Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying the person in the attached surveillance photos.

The photos are in relation to the incident that occurred in Douglas County on June 28, where suspects burglarized a home and when deputies attempted to stop the vehicle suspects shot at the deputies, injuring one deputy. The suspects then fled from their vehicle on Dakan Rd.

Detectives do believe they are the same suspects involved in the Circle K convenience store robbery that occurred June 11 in Castle Rock.

The photos were obtained from a video surveillance security system at the home that was burglarized. The suspect in the photo is described as wearing; blue bdu/military type clothing, black combat boots, possibly body armor or a load bearing vest. The suspect appears in a close up photo to be wearing some sort of head lamp. The suspects took the time to disable the cameras, but detectives were still able to retrieve the photos.

This is still an open and active investigation and while there are not many other details that are being released at this time, we are seeking the public's help.
If you recognize the person in the photo or have information in relation to the case please call the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Investigations Tip Line at 303-660-7579.

We have also attached the photo from the Castle Rock Circle K convenience store robbery.

No other information is available at this time.
