WOMAN ARRESTED FOR HARASSMENT
At 9:15 a.m. May 29, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Gilbert Street on a report of a criminal mischief that had just occurred. Upon arrival, officers learned that a woman attempted to put bleach in the gas tank of a 33-year-old man's car. Through the investigation, it was also learned that the woman had called the 33-year-old's cell phone the prior night in excess of 60 times. Police found the woman in her vehicle after driving past the apartment complex during the investigation. The woman was arrested on suspicion of harassment and acts of criminal mischief.
WANTED MAN HELD ON $3,000 BOND
At 7:51 a.m. May 28, officers went to Discount Tire, 102 E. Allen St., to attempt to contact a 30-year-old man with an outstanding warrant. The man was known to have a felony warrant for failure to appear in an Arapahoe County court. The original charge from the warrant was forgery. The man was contacted and arrested where he was held on a $3,000 bond.
PEDIATRICS NURSE CAUGHT IN FRAUD
On May 26, a report was filed concerning a nurse at Parker Pediatrics Clinic who had been caught calling prescriptions in for herself at a local Castle Rock pharmacy. The nurse, a 42-year-old woman, was contacted by police and agreed to come to the police department to complete a written statement. After a brief interview, the woman was arrested. The nurse was booked in and later released on a felony filing for prescription fraud.
