Castle Rock Police: Restraining order violation


MAN VIOLATES RESTRAINING ORDER
At approximately 10:14 p.m. June 10, officers responded to the 6000 block of Castlegate Drive West on the request of 18th Judicial District probation officers. A probation officer advised that he had conducted a house check on a 28-year-old man and observed him to be under the influence of alcohol. The man was restrained from alcohol and had a felony bond condition stating no new charges. During a custodial search of the man, a small amount of suspected marijuana and smoking pipe were found in his pocket. The man was arrested on suspicion of violation of bond conditions, violation of restraining order, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
