Castle Rock Police: Alcohol check

ALCOHOL CHECK
At 10:14 p.m. June 10, officers responded to a home on the 6000 block of Castlegate Drive on a felony arrest. Officers met with a 28-year-old man whose probation officer found him under the influence of alcohol. The 28-year-old was restrained from alcohol, and a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe was found on the man. He was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
