Pick up mulch on Saturday, April 5

Douglas County is providing free mulch to residents on Saturday, April 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1400 Caprice Dr. in Castle Rock.

Equipment will be available to put mulch into truck beds and trailers. Please have covers for truck beds and trailers to keep mulch in place.

This program is part of the County's wildfire mitigation and recycling efforts.

Beginning in May, the County will allow residents to bring in slash. Please visit www.douglas.co.us/publicworks/operations/Slash_and_Mulch.html for dates and locations when slash drop-off is available. For more information, please contact 303.660.7480.
