Candidates confirmed for town elections

As of 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, (the deadline for submitting a petition to be on the ballot) the following people have been certified candidates in each of the Council Districts:

District 1
Paul Donahue

District 2
Randy A. Reed (incumbent)

District 4
John Mark Lawler
Chip Wilson
Tom Rupert

District 6
Douglas Lehnen (incumbent)

District 7
Joseph G. Procopio (JoePro)
Betty Cox
Robert J. Murray
Max Brooks

March 3 is the last day to register to vote in this election. Mail ballots will be mailed to registered voters in the affected Districts in mid-March. Completed ballots must be returned to Town Hall by 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 1.
