Contributed by: Michael Robinson on 9/25/2007

Boise, ID
for immediate release

Idaho Senator Larry Craig announced today that he will relocate his political field office to Tehran, Iran in the event his conviction for disorderly conduct is not overturned by the Minnesota District Court.

Sen. Craig cited his discovery that the entire country of Iran has no "Gay People" as the motivating factor. Craig indicated that his unpopular decision toreloce to a hostile foreign country was outweighed by the lack of possibility of future homosexual encounters similar to what he has been accused of by the Minneapolis Police department.

"If there aren't any gays there, then I ought to be safe!" Craig declared. President Mahmoud Achmanijed of Iran was cited by Craig as the informed source concerning the lack of homosexuals in Iran.

P.S. Come on now, can't you take a joke?
