We have have been working hard to give the public a radio call-in show about homeowners associations.
The preliminaries are now just about done. Just a matter of putting the first show together and broadcasting it -- in the state of Colorado and nationwide. That should happen, if everything goes as planned, sometime in early January 2009.
The first few shows will be about my own HOA and, in general, information from and about beleaguered HOA homeowners everywhere who want to -- or already have -- filed lawsuits against their HOAs, not only in the state of Colorado but throughout our nation.
We will also be talking about a petition for a Colorado Constitutional Amendment to abolish all government-mandated homeowners associations in our state.
